Is Cool Cat Casino Legit

I have been waiting for a small 222.00 withdrawal from Cool Cat casino since it was submitted on May 7, 2009. On June 1 they finally approved the payment. As of today they still have not processed the funds and at this time they are not sure when they will. They are now saying hopefully by the end of the week. I will report back positively or negatively once this is resolved. But at the present time may the player beware.
If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve this please let me know. I have sent 8 emails to both the manager of the casino and the withdrawal department but have yet received a reply.

I too have had a bad expereince with Cirrus Casino and I'm aware of the fact that Cool Cat is associated with them I'd avoid both of these casinos in fact and would go as far as saying that they should be blacklisted and perhaps even labeled as Rogue online casinos!

This is the amount I won on the above date. One month after that I was advised that my payment would be broken up into two payments which were to be delivered two weeks apart from each other! As of today I have only received half of my winnings by fedex which took well over one month. I sent in my direct deposit information by fax twice and then once more by email. Every week they say you SHOULD receive your payment by the end of the week. At the end of the week, they tell you it SHOULD be sent out by the end of next week.

All of these casino games are not perfectly established prior to their clients regarding the winnings and the previous balance of the said casino game, the one thing you can do is expect the consequences of gambling.

I am so sick of having to fight for my winnings at this casino. It has now been 30 days since my cashin request and I still have not received my winnings. I am just fed up with this casino and I advise others to beware and stay away from this casino. This is not the first time I have had problems with them. My mother won $1450 at Cool Cat back on 4/26. Since she is in her 80's I have been trying to get the withdrawal for her. I have talked to these people until I am blue in the face and my fingers are sore from typing (not really just being a drama queen) Anyway, this is the rules that they have given to me. After you jump through hoops and get the required paperwork in they take up to 10 business days to process and thenof course a few more to let you know they have been approved. After that they take an additional 20 business days to fund your refund. They will not send it to her bank wire transfer, only what they call overnight which by no means is overnight. But they say that on June 20th that it will be sent out via Fedex. That of course if minus $100 which I do not know why they deducted it from her payout request but somehow it went from $1450 down to $1350 and a few cents. They only gave me this info as I started sending messages to them with terms like 'FOURTH REQUEST' and so on and I finally figured they would either answer me or get really tired of my emails which I sent daily and sometimes twice a day both from her computer and also mine. I still do not think they are going to pay but we will see.
